Once your business is registered, we will assist with your yearly obligation to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission by submitting an Annual Return. Once your name is associated with a business or you are earning an income above the threshold set by the South African Receiver of Revenue, you need to submit tax returns.
As a business owner there is obligations for the business and yourself to be adhered to with regards to paying taxes. Yearly both you and the business need to submit a tax return and bi-annually both of you will need to submit provisional tax returns.
If the business has a turnover exceeding the threshold you will need to register as a VAT vendor and submit VAT returns. Should you be employing people you also need to register for and submit returns for Pay-As-You-Earn and to the Unemployment Insurance Fund.
